Here’s what you can expect with how we’ll work together through this process:

1. We’ll give you a call (or send you an email if it’s the weekend) to say “Hi!” and get a sense of your availability over the next few weeks. We’ll also provide an invoice for 50% payment and a link to the online questionnaire to fill out to get us started.
2. Once we’ve received payment and the completed questionnaire, we’ll schedule a video call with you to go over your responses and discuss other questions we may have so that we can get a better understanding of your business situation.
3. We get to work on the audit and strategy report over the next 10 business days.
4. Once the report is completed, we’ll email you a copy, the invoice and schedule a final video call with you to go over our findings and answer any questions you may have.
